We currently ship to:
– United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland)
– International destinations (subject to courier availability and customs regulations)

2. Processing Times
– Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
– Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before dispatch.
– Orders placed after 1PM (GMT) will be processed the following business day.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, customs delays).

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number (if applicable). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
– For international orders, Bighornns is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon delivery.
– These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

6. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
– Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your order.
– Bighornns is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information.
– If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply).

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
– Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
– We may ask for photo evidence in case of damage.
– We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

8. Pre-Orders and Backorders
– If your order contains a pre-order or backorder item, the entire order will be held until all items are available for dispatch.
– Estimated dispatch dates for pre-orders will be clearly stated on the product page
