Payment methods
We accept the following payment options:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Bank transfer (UK only) — on request; email info@bighornns.com
All payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal; we never see your full card details. Prices are charged in pounds sterling (GBP). If you choose to view prices in US dollars, they are shown as a guide only — you’ll be charged the GBP price, and international customers may pay currency conversion fees to their card or payment provider.
Refunds & returns (UK law compliant)
We want you to love your Bighornns piece. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how we can help.
Eligibility
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Condition
Items must be returned unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Bespoke and hand-painted items are non-refundable unless faulty, due to their custom nature.
How to return
- Email us at info@bighornns.com with your order number (it starts with “BH-”) and the reason for your return.
- We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
